We require a major credit card to secure and confirm appointments. We will give you a reminder call one day before your appointment to the number that you specify. You do not need to do anything, as your appointment is confirmed unless we hear back from you.
No shows or reservations canceled within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
To ensure that you receive the entire treatment you have scheduled, please arrive early enough so that you can check in, change and/or shower if appropriate, and be in the designated waiting area at the time your appointment is scheduled to begin.
Please let us know if you are pregnant, have allergies to shellfish or nuts, or are on any medication that affects the skin, or have had a deep chemical peel, laser treatment, or excessive exposure to the sun. This could be pertinent to your treatment depending on the treatment you are booking.
